Mapleton Safety Building - This project consists of the construction of a new 27,480 square foot building. Eastmont Middle Site Improvements - This project consists of multiple improvements to Eastmont Middle School. This project is tax exempt. Farr West Vet Clinic - This project consists of the new construction of the Farr West Vet Clinic. Interwest Construction is the Construction Managers for this project. Union High Math Building Remodel - This project consists of the remodel of an existing 11,000 square foot building. This project is Tax Exempt. Skyline Locker Room Renovation - This project consists of the renovation of a 8,000 square foot locker room at Skyline High School. This project is Tax Exempt. UVU - Dental Lab Improvements - This Project consists of the demo and remodel of the existing dental lab. The dental lab requires specialized piping for water and vacuums located at each dental chair location. Payson Bus Garage - This project consists of major site improvements. The construction of a 4,250 square food building addition to the existing bus garage and associated remodeling to the existing building Westech Office Building - Bid Package #2 - This project consists of the construction of a new 60,000 SF office building located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are the construction managers for this project. Westech Office Building - Bid Package #1 - This project consist of the site work, and structural work for a new 60,000 SF Office Building located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are the construction manager for this project. We need Subcontractor bids in the following trades for this bid package: Earthwork, Site Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Rebar, Structural Steel, Steel Erection, Steel Joist and Deck, Plumbing, Electrical and Elevator. American Fork Armory Upgrade - This project includes remodel and addition to the National Guard Armory located in American Fork, Utah.
